The inflatable toy has the form of a container made of flexible material and can be used with its interior space upwards as a splash pool or sandpit and with its interior space downwards as a bathing island. The container comprises a wall part (1) formed by a plurality of air chambers (5, 7) closed upon themselves annularly and adjoining one another coaxially, and a bottom part (3) closing the wall part (1) axially on one side in an axially normal plane. The air chambers (5, 7) are arranged concentrically one inside the other relative to their common ring axis and are separated from one another radially in each case by a dividing wall which encloses the ring axis annularly and extends substantially over the entire axial height of the wall part (1). The bottom part (3) can have passage openings capable of being closed from the inner side of the container. One or more ropes (43) can be guided through rope eyes (41) on the outer side of the axial half of the toy on the side of the bottom part. The wall part (1) reinforces the toy in a self-supporting manner and is of such width that it serves as a seat when the container is used as a splash pool or sandpit. <IMAGE>

Das aufblasbare Spielgerät hat die Form eines Behälters aus flexiblem Material und kann mit seinem Innenraum nach oben als Planschbecken oder Sandkasten und mit seinem Innenraum nach unten als Badeinsel benutzt werden. Der Behälter umfaßt ein durch mehrere kreisringförmig in sich geschlossene, gleichachsig aneinandergrenzende Luftkammern (5, 7) gebildetes Wandteil (1) und einen den Wandteil (1) auf axial einer Seite in einer achsnormalen Ebene verschließenden Bodenteil (3). Die Luftkammern (5, 7) sind, bezogen auf ihre gemeinsame Ringachse, konzentrisch ineinander angeordnet und jeweils durch eine ringförmig die Ringachse umschließende, im wesentlichen über die gesamte axiale Höhe des Wandteils (1) sich erstreckende Trennwand radial voneinander getrennt. Der Bodenteil (3) kann von der Behälterinnenseite her verschließbare Durchlaßöffnungen aufweisen. Auf der Außenseite der bodenteilseitigen axialen Hälfte des Spielgeräts können ein oder mehrere Seile (43) an Seilösen (41) geführt sein. Der Wandteil (1) steift das Spielgerät selbsttragend aus und ist so breit, daß er bei Verwendung als Planschbecken oder Sandkasten als Sitzfläche dient.
