The invention relates to a refrigerant evaporator with concentric tubes (1), in particular for the production of ice. This evaporator consists of a double-walled tubular jacket (3, 4) with an inlet (11) for the liquid refrigerant, arranged in the upper part and, preferably also arranged in the upper part and on the diametrically opposite side to the inlet (11), an outlet (12) for the refrigerant in vapour form. Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rohrmantelverdampfer (1) für Kältemittel, insbesondere zur Eisherstellung. Dieser Verdampfer besteht aus einem doppelwandigen Rohrmantel (3, 4) mit einem im oberen Teil angeordneten Einlauf (11) für das flüssige Kältemittel und einem vorzugsweise ebenfalls im oberen Teil auf der diametral entgegengesetzten Seite gegenüber dem Einlauf (11) vorgesehenen Auslauf (12) für das dampfförmige Kältemittel. Der Durchsatz des Kältemittels ist so geregelt, dass das vom Einlauf (11) unter gleichzeitiger Verdampfung herabfliessende Kältemittel die Innenwandungen des Rohrmantelverdampfers (1) auf einem möglichst grossen Anteil seiner Höhe benetzt.
