Abstract (en)
The lock comprises a locking mechanism (9) cooperating with a keeper (G) which uses an electromechanical device controlling the mechanism for opening the lock. It also comprises a casing to house this latter mechanism and the electromechanical control device. The said casing is in several parts. One part is a metal body (1) on which the locking mechanism is mounted and in which a box (2) is mortised, thus defining a compartment opening on to the body (1) to hold the locking mechanism. The other part is a closed compartment, separated from the first part by a sealed partition and housing the electromechanical control device. The lock also includes a coupling member for transmitting a lock-opening movement from the electromechanical control device to the locking mechanism. This is achieved by means of a projection passing through an opening in the said partition and surrounded by a plane bearing surface of the coupling member (7) so that the edge of the opening is sealed. <IMAGE>

Serrure comportant un mécanisme de verrouillage (9) coopérant avec une gâche (G) à l'aide d'un dispositif électromécanique commandant ce mécanisme pour l'ouverture de la serrure, et un boîtier pour loger ce dernier et le dispositif de commande electromécanique. Ledit boîtier est composite et comporte un châssis métallique (1) sur lequel est monté le mécanisme de verrouillage et dans lequel est encastré un boîtier (2) délimitant un compartiment s'ouvrant sur le châssis (1) pour abriter le mécanisme de verrouillage et un compartiment fermé et séparé du premier par une cloison étanche et logeant le dispositif de commande électromécanique. Cette serrure comporte également un organe de couplage pour transmettre un mouvement d'ouverture de la serrure du dispositif de commande électromécanique au mécanisme de verrouillage par l'intermédiaire d'une saillie traversant une ouverture dans ladite cloison et entourée par une surface d'appui plane de l'organe de couplage (7) pour assurer l'étanchéité sur le bord de l'ouverture. Application aux serrures de portière de véhicules automobiles.
