Für die kontinuierliche oder diskontinuierliche Herstellung von Treibladungspulver in Strangform mit achsparallel verlaufenden Kanälen mit definiertem gleichem Durchmesser und reproduzierbarer Geometrie der Kanalanordnung ist eine Presse mit wenigstens einer Formmatrize vorgesehen, die in ihrem den Strang formenden Bereich eine Mehrzahl von parallel angeordneten Nadeln zum Einformen der Kanäle aufweist, die als offene Hohlnadeln ausgebildet und mit einem Fluid mit geringem Überdruck beaufschlagt sind.
