Bei einer Radgarage ist die Mittellängsachse (11) des Käfigs als Körperliche Achse ausgebildet, die an ihren beiden Enden mit Traglagern (32, 32a) versehen ist, die auf einem Fundament (33, 33a) oder dergleichen Halterung aufruhen. Die Radialstreben (12) gehen von den beiden Enden der Mittellängsachse (11) aus, an den Enden der Radialstreben (12) sind Schwenkachsen (26) der Plattformen (14) angeordnet, von den Schwenkachsen (26) der Plattformen (14) gehen Ausleger (27) aus, deren Enden durch einen Ring (29) verbunden sind bzw, in den Ring (34) eingreifen, der die Mittellängsachse (11) des Drehkreuzes umgreift, wobei der Mittelpunkt (M) des Ringes (29) in einem Abstand, der der Länge eines Auslegers (27) entspricht, seitlich neben der Mittellängsachse (11) des Drehkreuzes und in deren Horizontalebene liegt und am Ende jeden Auslegers einer Plattform ein Führungszapfen angeordnet ist, wobei die Führungszapfen (28) in einen von dem Fundament oder dergleichen Gerüst getragenen Ring eingreifen.
