Abstract (en)
[origin: ES8602152A1] A spray phosphating process, esp. for (galvanised) steel, employs a phosphating soln. contg. 0.2-0.5 g/l Zn 2+, 0-1 g/l Ni 2+, 8-20 g/l P2O5, 0.05-0.2 g/l NO2- and/or 0.1-1 g/l nitrobenzene sulphonate, and one or more activators selected from formate, nitrilo- triacetate, trichloroacetate and ethylene diamine tetraacetate. - The soln. pref. also contains one or more further activators selected from fluoride, hexafluorosilicate, tetrafluoroborate, glycolate, citrate, tartrate and condensed phosphate.
