Abstract (en)
In a shelving unit having four vertical supports arranged at the corners and consisting of corner profiles with rows of perforations on the narrow side of the shelving, having a plurality of shelves arranged one above the other and attached to the supports by making use of the rows of perforations, and having an additional device which can be screwed to the supports to increase the rigidity of the shelving, it is proposed, in order to avoid diagonal bars or other inconvenient rigidity-increasing devices projecting beyond the supports, that a stable box, which is closed along the three longitudinal sides and the transverse sides, be inserted into the shelving unit, its depth and length corresponding to the depth and length of the shelving unit, and the box being open at the front and capable of being screwed to the four supports. The use of a box which is closed on five sides as a rigidity-increasing device is particularly advantageous since such a box provides a high degree of torsional rigidity even with a relatively thin raw material, and because such a shelving unit can be assembled and dismantled particularly quickly and simply. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Regal mit vier senkrechten, an den Ecken angeordneten Stützen aus Winkelprofilstäben mit Lochreihen auf der Regalschmalseite, mit mehreren übereinander angeordneten und unter Ausnutzung der Lochreihen an den Stützen befestigten Fächern und mit einer zusätzlichen, mit den Stützen verschraubbaren Einrichtung zur Versteifung des Regals wird zur Vermeidung von Diagonalstäben oder sonstiger über die Stützen hinausragender, hinderlicher Versteifungseinrichtungen vorgeschlagen, als Versteifungseinrichtung einen auf drei Längsseiten und den Querseiten geschlossenen stabilen Kasten in das Regal einzusetzen, dessen Tiefe und dessen Länge der Tiefe und Länge des Regals entspricht, der nach vorne offen ist und der mit den vier Stützen verschraubbar ist. Die Verwendung eines auf fünf Seiten geschlossenen Kastens als Versteifungseinrichtung ist besonders vorteilhaft, weil ein solcher Kasten auch schon bei verhältnismäßig dünnem Wandmaterial eine hohe Verwindungssteifigkeit ergibt und weil ein solches Regal besonders schnell und einfach auf- und abgebaut werden kann.
