An electrohydraulic actuator has a controllable hydraulic pump (2) and a thrust-piston device which can be driven against the force of a restoring spring (3). The thrust-piston device is formed from a flexible diaphragm (11) and bridges the gap formed between the drivable piston (25) and the housing (5). In the rest position, the piston (25) is located on the rear side of the bottom part (8) of the housing, which with the top part (7) of the housing forms a fluid- collecting space (33). The fluid-collecting space (33) is fluidically connected to the pressure space (12) consisting of the bottom part (8) of the housing and the flexible diaphram (11) via a pump (2) provided in the fluid-collecting space (33). The control element (26) is controlled via a non-return valve (17) which is attached to a branch line (14) connecting the pressure line (10) and the fluid-collecting space (33). <IMAGE>

Ein elektrohydraulisch betätigbares Stellorgan besitzt eine steuerbare Flüssigkeitspumpe (2) und eine entgegen der Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (3) antreibbare Schubkolbeneinrichtung. Letztere ist aus einer flexiblen Membran (11) geformt und überbrückt den zwischen den antreibbaren Kolben (25) und dem Gehäuse (5) gebildeten Spalt. In der Ruhestellung befindet sich der Kolben (25) an der Rückseite des Gehäusebodenteils (8), der mit dem Gehäuseoberteil (7) einen Flüssigkeitssammelraum (33) bildet. Der Flüssigkeitssammelraum (33) ist mit dem Druckraum (12) aus Gehäusebodenteil (6) und flexibler Membran (11) über eine im Flüssigkeitssammelraum (33) vorgesehene Pumpe (2) leitungsverbunden. Die Steuerung des Stellgliedes (26) erfolgt über ein Sperrventil (17), welches an eine die Druckleitung (10) und den Flüssigkeitssammelraum (33) verbindende Abzweigleitung (14) angeschlossen ist.
