Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0154913A2] 1. Wall mounting profile (profile (105)) for receiving the edges of facing panels (109), (including plaster carriers or planks of wood ceilings) or plaster layers (125), with the following components : (a) a profile portion (wall limb 113)), to be mounted on the wall, (b) a profile portion disposed at right angles thereto with a receiving section (107) for receiving and securing the edges of facing panels or a plaster layer, (c) a section for engagement by a float or the like (engagement section (115)), which, in the use position, extends downwardly from the receiving section (107) spaced from the wall by a distance which corresponds to the thickness of the plaster layer (125) ; (d) a multi-sided transition section (112) of the profile which so connects the profile portions of features (a) and (b) together that a space remains between them, (e) the lower edge of the engagement section (115) being connected to the wall limb (113) by a profile member (connecting section (123)) which is attached to the wall limb at a higher point than to the engagement section, characterised by the following features : (f) the lower end of the engagement section (115) merges via a rounded portion (117) into a profile member (119) which is spaced from the engagement section and which, in the use position, is upwardly directed, (g) the upper edge of this profile member (119) is bent towards the wall limb (113) and connected to it by a web (121), (h) so that a resiliently movable profile is formed.
