[origin: US4614232A] A device for delivering flowable materials from a production bore (2), consisting of a source of pressurized medium (1), a pressurized medium conduit (3) for conducting the pressurized medium into the bottom area of the bore, the pressurized medium being used to operate drive means (5) coupled to a pump (6) for the flowable material. The drive means (5) and the pump (6) are both rotary displacement devices having a spiral rotor (10, 12) which describes an eccentric rotational path within a spiral stator (11,13). The rotor (10) and the stator (11) of the drive means (5) and the rotor (12) and the stator (13) of the pump (6) have the same eccentricity and are rigidly connected to one another.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Fördern von fließfähigen Stoffen (8) aus einer Produktionsbohrung (2) umfaßt eine Druckmittelquelle (1), eine Druckmittelleitung (3), welche das Druckmittel (29) in den Sohlenbereich der Bohrung (2) leitet, einen mit dem Druckmittel (29) gespeisten und mit einer Pumpe (6) gekoppelten Antrieb (5) in einem Gehäuse (7), das Öffnungen (15) für den Eintritt der fließfähigen Stoffe (8) in die Pumpe (6) und solche (16) für deren Austritt aus der Pumpe (6) und für den Austritt von Druckmittel (4) aus dem Antrieb (5) in die Förderleitung (33) aufweist, und einen Packer (17) zwischen dem Gehäuse (7) und einer Auskleidung (9) der Bohrung (2) zur Trennung der Eintrittsöffnungen (15) für die fließfähigen Stoffe (8) von weiteren Öffnungen (16) im Gehäuse (7). Der Antrieb (5) und die Pumpe (6) sind jeweils als Verdrängungsrotationsmaschine mit einem gewendelten, eine exzentrische Bewegungsbahn innerhalb eines gewendelten Stators (11;13) beschreibenden Rotor (10;12) ausgebildet. Der Rotor (10) und Stator (11) des Antriebs (5) und der Rotor (12) und Stator (13) der Pumpe (6) besitzen die gleiche Exzentrizität und sind starr miteinander verbunden.
