Abstract (en)
A rove of fibres (1) is drawn inside the drawing frame proper (2) and then into a condenser unit (6) in the form of a mobile guiding surface on which the fibres (1) are delivered tangentially and which exerts a stretching force on the free end of the fibres. The spun yarn formed is, before being wound, subjected to false twisting (7) by means of a spindle with crossed belts or their equivalent. The method makes it possible to manufacture a spun yarn that can be used immediately without giving it a further twist.

On étire une mèche de fibres (1) à l'intérieur d'un système d'étirage (2) proprement dit, suivi d'un élément condenseur (6) se présentant sous la forme d'une surface de guidage mobile sur laquelle les fibres (1) sont délivrées tangentiellement et qui exerce une force de traction sur l'extrémité libre des fibres. Le filé formé est, avant renvidage, soumis à l'action d'une fausse torsion (7) au moyen d'une broche à courroies croisées ou équivalentes. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir un filé de fibres directement utilisable sans qu'on lui communique une torsion additionelle.
