The invention relates to a remote control of the power control device of a vacuum cleaner air turbine. The control possesses an actuating element (1, 31, 51) arranged on the handle of the suction pipe in order to influence a pressure switch (21) by whose diaphragm (22) contacts are actuated which in turn are connected to elements of the power control device. Both switching on and off, and a power control which is uninfluenced by the vacuum fluctuations which occur during vacuuming, are made possible by an arrangement wherein the pressure switch (21) can be optionally subjected to pulses of super-atmospheric or sub-atmospheric pressure by means of the actuating element (1, 31 or 51) and wherein, furthermore, at least one contact (25 and 26) respectively is arranged on each side of the diaphragm (22), one of these contacts being actuated in the event of a pulse of super-atmospheric pressure and the other in the event of a pulse of sub-atmospheric pressure. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Fernbetätigung der Leistungssteuereinrichtung eines Staubsaugergebläses. Die Vorrichtung weist ein am Handgriff des Saugrohres angeordnetes Betätigungselement (1, 31, 51) zur Beeinflussung eines Druckschalters (21) auf, durch dessen Membran (22) Kontakte betätigt sind, die ihrerseits mit Elementen der Leistungssteuereinrichtung verbunden sind. Sowohl das Ein- und Ausschalten als auch eine von den beim Saugen auftretenden Unterdruckschwankungen unbeeinflußte Leistungssteuerung des Gebläseaggregates wird dadurch möglich, daß der Druckschalter (21) mittels des Betätigungselementes (1,31 oder 51) in bezug auf den atmosphärischen Druck wahlweise mit Über- oder Unterdruckimpulsen beaufschlagbar ist und daß ferner auf jeder Seite der Membran (22) mindestens ein Kontakt (25 bzw. 26) angeordnet ist, von denen der eine bei einem Überdruckimpuls und der andere bei einem Unterdruckimpuls betätigt ist.
