1. Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Schienen wie Backenschienen im Bereich von Weichen vorgeschlagen, bei der die Schiene auf einer Unterlageplatte (10) angeordnet und der Schienenfuß an einer Seite von einer Schienenbefestigungsplatte wie Gleitstuhl (12) niedergehalten wird. Gleitstuhl (12) und Unterlageplatte (10) sind lösbar aufeinander angeordnet, wobei ein von dem Gleitstuhl (12) ausgehendes Federelement (22, 24) auf der in Bezug auf den Gleitstuhl (12) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Schiene festlegbar ist. Dabei hält der Gleitstuhl (12) mit einem vorderen Abschnitt (16) den Schienenfuß nieder.
