Abstract (en)

[origin: WO8503689A2] An installation for emptying containers, particularly refuse containers, is provided for the control of its hydraulic motor, respectively its hydraulic motors (9, 11) with an electric control circuit which comprises a switch (12) actuated by the setting in place of the container in order to trigger the order for executing instructions and a timer (25) which determines the temporary control of the valve for the motion process. The installation may be provided with additional barrier elements (15) protecting the working area which allow the automatic operation of the installation by means of the switches (16) only when they are in a safety position. The automatic control of the installation may be provided for simple, double and combined tippings. A particular developement of the present invention is the creation of a fully automatic emptying installation, wherein each container to be emptied is identified by means of a programmation and switching device, the container recognition data are compared with stored data and an emptying process which is automatically controlled and provided for the corresponding container is selected. In addition, the weight of the refuse, the weight of the container when empty and the state of the container may be controlled and integrated in the control.
