Electro-magnetical continuous casting mould having side and end walls which consist each of an inductor part with induction loop and a screen, at least one end wall being displaceably secured to the side walls through releasable locking bolts, while the inductor parts and screens in each case are connected into closed loops by means of a clamp device having pistons seated in cylinder chambers, characterized in that the cylinder chambers (72, 73) are in communication through branch conduits (70) and passages (68) with a pressure chamber (62) in a cylinder bore (46) and are filled with a pressure medium which can be placed under pressure by a main piston (58).

Eine elektormagnetische Stranggiesskokille besteht aus Seiten- und Stirnwänden (12, 14), welche jeweils einen Induktorteil mit Induktionsschleife (20) und einen Schirm (36) aufweisen. Eine Stirnwand (14) ist über lösbare Sperrbolzen (20) verschiebbar an den Seitenwänden (12) befestigt, während die jeweiligen Induktorteile und die Schirme (36) über eine Klemmeinrichtung (44) mit in Zylinderräumen (72) sitzenden Kolben (74, 76) zu geschlossenen Schleifen verbunden sind. Zur Verbesserung dieser Halterungen und zur schnelleren Festlegung sollen die Zylinderräume (72, 73) über Zweigleitungen (70) bzw. Kanäle (68) mit einer Druckkammer (62) in einer Zylinderbohrung (46) in Verbindung stehen und mit einem Druckmittel gefüllt sind, welches durch einen Hauptkolben (58) unter Druck setzbar ist.
