Incandescent lamp screw-in fittings with live contacts which are not screened when the load is screwed out, represent an acute source of danger since the contacts can be touched. The present invention of the security fitting for an incandescent lamp offers the required protection against touching and is characterised in that the threaded screw-in part is guided such that it can move axially by means of clips in cut-outs in the fixed guide body and is connected fixedly to the contact carrier with the aid of these clips, and in that, as well as the straight centre contact, the contact carrier also has two straight side contacts, arranged symmetrically, on parallel axes, for making contact with the side of the incandescent lamp base, which contacts likewise protrude through screened openings in the base of the guide body when the incandescent lamp is screwed into the threaded screw-in part, and return to the screened position when the incandescent lamp is screwed out, the spring arranged between the base of the guide body and the contact carrier being designed as a plastic compression spring. The use of the security fitting for an incandescent lamp protects consumers against accidents which can arise if there is a possibility of touching live, unscreened contacts. <IMAGE>

Glühlampeneinschraubfassungen mit stromführenden und bei ausgeschraubtem Verbraucher nicht abgeschirmten Kontakten stellen durch Berührbarkeit der Kontakte eine akute Gefahrenquelle dar. Die vorliegende Erfindung der Sicherheits-Glühlampenfassung bietet den erforderlichen Berührungsschutz und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindeeinschraubteil mittels Laschen in Durchbrüchen des festen Führungskörpers axial beweglich geführt und mit Hilfe dieser Laschen mit dem Kontaktträger fest verbunden ist und daß der Kontaktträger neben dem geraden Mittelkontakt auch zwei symmetrisch angeordnete, achsparallele, gerade Seitenkontakte für die seitliche Kontaktierung des Glühlampensockels aufweist, die beim Einschrauben der Glühlampe in den Gewindeeinschraubteil ebenfalls durch abschirmende Öffnungen im Boden des Führungskörpers hindurchtreten und beim Ausschrauben der Glühlampe in die abgeschirmte Lage zurückkehren, wobei die zwischen dem Boden des Führungskörpers und dem Kontaktträger angeordnete Feder als Kunststoffdruckfeder ausgebildet ist. Die Verwendung der Sicherheits-Glühlampenfassung schützt Konsumenten vor Unfallen, welche durch Berührungsmöglichkeit stromführender, nicht abgeschirmter Kontakte zustandekommen können.
