[origin: WO8501196A1] The articulated seat comprises at least one support (103, 104), a back rest (100) and a seating (102) articulated together. It further comprises a foot rest (131) articulated to the seating (102) along an articulation (N-N') parallel to the seating-back rest (Y-Y') and back rest-support (X-X') articulations and means (133, 134) for hingedly connecting the foot rest (131) to a back rest portion (100) situated beyond the seating-back rest articulation (Y-Y') with respect to the back rest-support articulation (X-X'), so that any modification of the angular position of the back rest (100) with respect to its support (103, 104) results in an angular modification of the foot rest (131) with respect to the seating (102). The arrangement is particularly used in relaxation chairs with multiple positions.

Le siège articulé comprend au moins un support (103, 104), un dossier (100) et une assise (102) articulés ensemble. Il comprend en outre un repose-pied (131) articulé sur l'assise (102) suivant une articulation (N-N') parallèle aux articulations assise-dossier (Y-Y') et dossier-support (X-X') et des moyens (133, 134) pour relier, de façon articulée, le repose-pied (131) à une partie du dossier (100) située au-delà de l'articulation assise-dossier (Y-Y') par rapport à l'articulation dossier-support (X-X'), de manière que toute modification de la position angulaire du dossier (100) par rapport à son support (103, 104) entraîne une modification angulaire du repose-pied (131) par rapport à l'assise (102). Utilisation notamment dans les fauteuils de relaxation à positions multiples.
