[origin: WO8501271A1] A pilferproof closure comprises a cap (1) adapted for screw-threaded connection with the container or with, for example, a non-refillable fitment (11) affixed thereto, a frangible ring (30) axially movable with the cap on the container or fitment, and means formed on the ring and on the container or fitment which come into engagement during removal of the cap from the container or fitment and permit complete removal of the cap only after fracture of the frangible ring. The frangible ring may consist of an upper annular ring (31) integrally attached to a lower annular ring (32) through bridges (33), the upward extensions of which form buttresses (34) which extend radially outwardly of the upper annulus (31). The cap (1) cannot be removed unless the ring (30) is first fractured.

Une fermeture antivol comprend un couvercle (1) adapté pour se visser à un conteneur ou par exemple, un organe d'adaptation non rechargeable (11) fixé à celui-ci, une bague fragile (30) mobile axialement avec le couvercle sur le conteneur ou organe d'adaptation et des moyens formés sur la bague et sur le conteneur ou organe d'adaptation venant s'engager lorsque l'on retire le couvercle du conteneur ou organe d'adaptation et permettant le retrait total du couvercle uniquement après avoir cassé la bague fragile. La bague fragile peut consister en un anneau supérieur (31) rattaché à un anneau inférieur (32) par l'intermédiaire de ponts (33), dont les extensions vers le haut forment des contreforts (34) qui s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur de l'anneau supérieur (31). Le couvercle (1) ne peut être retiré à moins de casser au préalable la bague (30).
