1. A switch cabinet comprising a door (10) with two openings (12, 13) therethrough on the closure side, wherein mounted on the door (10) are a lock plate (40) with a closure actuating element (25) and a lock element (39), which are passed through the openings to the back of the door, characterized in that the two openings (12, 13) are of the same configuration and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the horizontal centre line of the door (10), that instead of the lock plate (40) further lock plates (20) can be mounted to the door (10), which carry only a closure actuating element (25) or only a closure actuating element (29) combined with a lock element (39), and that the closure actuating element (25) or the closure actuating element (29) combined with a lock element (39) is respectively passed only through one opening (for example 12) in the door (10) while the further lock plate (20) covers over the respective other opening (for example 13).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaltschrank mit einer Tür mit zwei Durchbrüchen auf der Schließseite, bei dem an der Tür eine Schloßplatte mit einem Verschlußbetätigungselement und einem Schloßelement angebracht sind, welche durch die Durchbrüche auf die Rückseite der Tür geführt sind. Um für Links- und Rechtsanschlag eine einheitliche Tür verwenden zu können, die mit unterschiedlichsten Verschlußbetätigungs- und Schloßelementen ausgerüstet werden kann, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die beiden Durchbrüche gleich ausgebildet und symmetrisch zur horizontalen Mittelachse der Tür angeordnet sind, daß anstelle der Schloßplatte weitere Schloßplatten an der Tür anbringbar sind, die nur ein Verschlußbetätigungselement oder nur ein mit einem Schloßelement kombiniertes Verschlußbetätigungselement tragen und daß das Verschlußbetätigungselement oder das mit einem Schloßelement kombinierte Verschlußbetätigungselement jeweils nur durch einen Durchbruch der Tür geführt ist, während die weitere Schloßplatte jeweils den anderen Durchbruch abdeckt.
