Abstract (en)
1. Method for the restoration of retaining walls with earth lying behind them by pressing in a mortar mass, characterised by the following process stages : a) at the foot of the retaining wall (1) at least one run-off drilling (5) and at a distance above this at least one flushing drilling (6) are drilled through the retaining wall ; b) through the flushing drilling (6) at least one flushing nozzle (9) is led into the area behind the retaining wall ; c) through the flushing nozzle (9) a cavity (12) at the rear side of the wall in the soil (2) is flushed out by means of high-pressure water-jets ; d) the rear side of the wall is cleaned by the high-pressure water jets ; e) the cavity (12) is filled by pressing in the mortar mass (14).
Abstract (de)
Am Fuß der Stützmauer (1) wird mindestens eine Ablaufbohrung (5) und im Abstand darüber mindestens eine Spülbohrung (6) durch die Stützmauer (1) gebohrt. Durch die Spülbohrung (6) wird eine z.B. drehbare Spüldüse (9) eingeführt. Mittels Hochdruck-Wasserstrahlen wird ein Hohlraum (12) an der Mauerrückseite im Erdreich (2) ausgespült. Der Hohlraum (12) wird durch Einpressen einer Mörtelmasse gefüllt, die sich mit der Stützmauer (1) verbindet und zusammen mit dieser eine Schwergewichtsmauer bildet. Die Standsicherheit dieser so gebildeten Schwergewichtsmauer ist statisch nachweisbar. Das Verfahren ermöglicht es, Stützmauern von ungenügendem Querschnitt zu sanieren und diesen eine ausreichende Standsicherheit zu geben, ohne daß die Stützmauer abgetragen oder hinter der Stützmauer Aushubarbeiten ausgeführt werden müßten.
