[origin: US4621755A] The object of the invention relates to the technical branch of dispensing means for lengths of materials rolled up on reels. L'appareil est remarquable en ce que le dispositif de coupe dentelé (4) qui est articulé en rappel élastique dans le tambour (3) est relié par galet (18) ou organe similaire libre en rotation, à une pièce (16) formant une came (16b) dont le double profil (16c-16e) est étudié pour autoriser, outre la saillie de la lame (4a) à l'extérieur du tambour en vue de la coupe du matériau tiré manuellement, le lancement du tambour après la coupe sans claquement du porte-lame et pour faciliter les fonctions de freinage, d'arrêt et de repositionnement du tambour pour une nouvelle coupe, cela en relation avec des dispositifs parachute ou amortisseur (19), butées (22-23-24) et cliquet (21) convenablement associés et disposés sur le tambour et sur le parachute. L'invention s'applique aux appareils distributeurs de papier, ouate et matériaux similaires d'essuyage.
