[origin: EP0158122A2] 1. Switchable short-circuit plugging device with two contacts (5, 6) arranged as a pair, which interact with correspondingly arranged contact points (23, 24) on a component carrier (22), and has a switching element (16) per contact pair for the optional short-circuiting of the said contacts, the contacts being designed as sockets and the contact points on the component carrier (22) being designed as pins (23, 24) and the sockets being formed by contacts (5, 6) arranged as pairs and having contact springs (7, 8), characterized in that the sockets are accommodated in a common package (1), and - the contacts (5, 6) run at one end into contact tongues (9, 10), which form the fixed contacts of the switching element, the movable contact part (16) of which is guided on the upper end face (13) of the package.
