[origin: WO8501805A1] A timepiece which keeps traditional western time and which also calculates and presents Muslim obligatory prayer times. In one embodiment the timepiece contains a timing source, a liquid crystal display for displaying traditional western time and individual Muslim obligatory prayer times, and computers for calculating, updating and presenting these times. The timepiece also calculates and displays the direction to Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

Chronomètre indiquant le temps à la manière occidentale usuelle, mais également calculant et indiquant les périodes pour les prières obligatoires musulmanes. Dans un mode de réalisation, le chronomètre contient une source de temps, un affichage à cristaux liquides affichant le temps à la manière occidentale usuelle ainsi que les périodes individuelles pour les prières obligatoires musulmanes, et des ordinateurs servant à calculer, mettre à jour et afficher ces temps. Le chronomètre calcule et affiche également la direction de la Mecque en Arabie Saoudite.
