A hydraulic overload protection device (10) for a loading-crane jib (11) actuated by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder (18) is proposed in which, in order to limit the load moment, a control slide (22) can be reset in a directional control valve (19) controlling the hydraulic cylinder (18), in the course of which the change in the working position increasing the load moment as a function of the position of the controlled jib part (15) relative to the horizontal (21) is automatically taken into account. Arranged on the jib part (15) is a hydromechanical position sensor (63) which, in combination with associated restoring means (44, 45, 47, 49, 54, 55, 58), controls the pressurizing or relief of two control chambers (44, 45) allocated to the control slide (22) as a function of the position of the jib part (15) relative to the horizontal (21) in such a way that the control slide (22) is always reset from a working position increasing the load moment but can be deflected into a working position decreasing the load moment. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine hydraulische Überlastungsschutzvorrichtung (10) für einen von einem doppeltwirkenden Hydrozylinder (18) betätigten Auslegerarm (11) eines Ladekrans vorgeschlagen, bei dem zur Lastmomentbegrenzung in einem den Hydrozylinder (18) steuernden Wegeventil (19) ein Steuerschieber (22) zurückstellbar ist, wobei der Wechsel der lastmomentvergrößernden Arbeitsstellung abhängig von der Lage des gesteuerten Auslegerarmteils (15) relativ zur Horizontalen (21) automatisch berücksichtigt wird. Am Auslegerarmteil (15) ist ein hydromechanischer Lagesensor (63) angeordnet, der in Verbindung mit zugehörigen Rückstellmitteln (44, 45, 47, 49, 54, 55, 58) die Druckbeaufschlagung bzw. Entlastung zweier dem Steuerschieber (22) zugeordneter Steuerkammern (44, 45) abhängig von der Lage des Auslegerarmteils (15) zur Horizontalen (21) so steuert, daß der Steuerschieber (22) stets aus einer lastmomenterhöhenden Arbeitsstellung zurückgestellt wird, in eine lastmomentverringernde Arbeitsstellung aber auslenkbar ist.
