[origin: US4639183A] An improved bucket connection apparatus is provided in a bucket excavator whose working implement is connected to the bucket arm with an operating hinge and whose drive consists of a pair of working cylinders attached on either side of the operating hinge axis. The operating hinge is attached to a clamp that has two clamping feet, with at least one foot being movable about a clamping hinge axis which coincides with the operating hinge axis. The movable clamping foot is connected on the outside with one of the two working cylinders, and, on the insides, it is constructed as a gripper opposing the other clamping foot, for engaging connections (such as upstanding bolts) provided on the associated working implement for the purpose of attaching the operating hinge. The connections cooperate with the clamping feet to provide a locking arrangement that is effective when the clamping feet are in their gripping position.

Bei einem Löffelbagger, dessen Arbeitsausrüstung an den Löffenstiel mit einem Betriebsgelenk angeschlossen ist, dessen Buchse an der Arbeitsausrüstung, z.B. an den Boden eines Löffels (80) befestigt ist und dessen Antrieb aus je einem an einer Seite des Gelenkzapfens befestigten Arbeitszylinder (23) besteht, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen daß die Betriebsgelenkbuchse auf einer wenigstens einseitig beweglichen Zange befestigt ist, deren Zangengelenkachse mit der Achse des Betriebsgelenkes zusammenfällt und deren beweglicher Zangenschenkel (29) außen mit einem der beiden Arbeitszylinder verbunden und innen als Greifer gegen den anderen Zangenchenkel zum Erfassen von an der jeweiligen Arbeitsausrüstung für die Befestigung der Buchse des Betriebsgelenkes vorgesehenen Anschlüssen (56, 57, 58, 59) ausgebildet ist, welche mit einer in der Greiflage der Zangenschenkel wirksamen Verriegelung zusammenwirken.
