[origin: WO8504779A1] Hearing aid otoplasty and piece arranged on the auditory meatus side, with an outer profile corresponding to the profile of the auditory meatus and a sound output opening, wherein the end piece (1) has on its outer profile (11) and on the periphery of the sound output opening (41) relatively sharp edges (12, 13) in the internal hear direction and is concave in the area of the front surface (15). The end piece may be formed in a single part with the remainder otoplasty (3) or as an independent part to be secured to the remainder otoplasty.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein gehörgangseitiges Hörgeräte-Otoplastik-Endstück mit den Gehörgangkonturen entsprechendem Außenumfang und einer Schallausmündungsöffnung, wobei das Endstück (1) an seinem Außenumfang (11) und am Umfang der Schallausmündungsöffnung (41) in Richtung zum Innenohr hin vorspringende, relativ scharfe Kanten (12, 13) aufweist und im dazwischenliegenden Stirnflächenbereich (15) konkav gewölbt ist. Das Endstück kann einteilig mit der übrigen Otoplastik (3) oder als selbständiges, an der übrigen Otoplastik zu befestigendes Bauteil ausgebildet sein.
