[origin: US4577174A] In an electromagnet for an electric switch, particularly safety switch, an armature and a magnetic core are each formed of a pack of laminations connected to each other by rivets. The laminations of the armature and the magnetic core are equally shaped and formed so that the pack of laminations of the armature matches the pack of laminations of the core in assembly.

Um einen Elektromagneten zu schaffen, dessen prinzipieller Aufbau eine wesentliche Vereinfachung der Herstellung, vor allem eine rationelle automatische Herstellung mit geringem Maschinenaufwand gestattet, wird vorgeschlagen, daß Anker (14) und Kern (-T) aus in der Form völlig gleichgestalteten Blechlamellen zusammengesetzt sind.
