The spiral-screw float according to the invention has a general shape which is inscribed within a cylinder provided with at least one recessed groove (1) extending over all or part of the float in a spiral, and having a front portion (2), a central portion (3) and a rear portion (4), and is essentially characterised in that the front portion (2) is equal to the length of the pitch of the groove or grooves (1), divided by the number of grooves. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne des perfectionnements aux flotteurs hélicoides rotatifs destinés à équiper des engins nautiques ou autres. Le flotteur hélicoide selon l'invention présente une forme générale inscrite dans un cylindre doté d'au moins un sillon (1) ménagé en creux se développant sur tout ou partie du flotteur suivant une hélice et présentant une partie avant (2), une partie centrale (3) et une partie arrière (4) et se caractérise essentiellement en ce que la partie avant (2) est égale à la longeuer du pas du ou des sillons (1) divisée par le nombre de sillons.
