The aqueous bath for high-quality chemical alloy plating, containing a cobalt salt and/or nickel salt, hypophosphite and, if appropriate, complexing agents and pH-regulating substances, contains the metal salt as the hypophosphite. The invention also relates to a process using this bath.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wäßriges Bad zur chemischen Abscheidung von Kobalt-Phosphor-, Nickel-Phosphor- und/oder Kobalt-Nickel-Phosphor-Legierungen von hoher Qualität, enthaltend Kobaltsalz und/oder Nickelsalz, Hypophosphit sowie gegebenenfalls Komplexbildner und pH-regulierende Stoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallsalz als Hypophosphit vorliegt, sowie ein Verfahren unter Verwendung dieses Bades.
