In order to further improve a work platform (1), in particular for facade work on buildings, which platform can be lifted and lowered by a hoist, while retaining the advantage already achieved in the prior art, namely that the work platform at the place of use can be brought into the working position quickly and without difficulty, in such a way that said work platform can be used to carry out facade work far more efficiently than with known, previously described work platforms, it also being possible to achieve, with simple means and measures, a high degree of positional safety of the work platform position preselected in each case, it is proposed that the length of the work platform (1) be several times greater than its width, that furthermore the work platform (1) be assigned a load-carrying means (7, 8, 9) having a device (10) for suspension from a hoist, and in addition the work platform (1) be connected to the load-lifting means (7, 8, 9) in a stably suspendible manner, and that at both frontal end parts of the work platform (1) linearly adjustable tension members (16) be arranged, on the free end parts of which ground anchors (17) are arranged. <IMAGE>

Um eine von einem Hebezug heb- und senkbare Arbeitsbühne (1), insbesondere für Fassadenarbeiten an Gebäuden, unter Beibehaltung des beim Stand der Technik bereits erreichten Vorteiles, nämlich, daß die Arbeitsbühne am Einsatzort mühelos und schnell in Arbeitsposition gebracht werden kann, darüber hinaus derart zu verbessern, daß mit dieser Fassadenarbeiten weit rationeller als mit bekannten, vorbeschriebenen Arbeitsbühnen ausführbar sind, wobei mit einfachen Mitteln und Maßnahmen auch eine hohe Lagesicherheit der jeweils vorgewählten Arbeitsbühnenposition erreichbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Lange der Arbeitsbühne (1) um ein Mehrfaches größer als deren Breite ist, daß ferner der Arbeitsbühne (1) ein Lastaufnahmemittel (7, 8, 9) mit einer Anhängeeinrichtung (10) an ein Hebezeug zugeordnet ist, zudem die Arbeitsbühne (1) am Lasthebemittel (7, 8, 9) stabil hängbar angeschlossen ist, und daß an beiden stirnseitigen Endteilen der Arbeitsbühne (1) längenveränderbare Zugorgane (16) angeordnet sind, an deren freien Endteilen Bodenanker (17) angeordnet sind.
