[origin: WO8502439A1] The device is intended to lock a blind controlled by means of an actuation belt to prevent it from being raised in an unauthorized manner. It is comprised of a belt drum (3) having two drum disks (4), a locking lever (5) with a stop pawl (6), a cylinder cap (7) with axial section (8) and a mounting plate (9) on which is arranged the locking lever (5). The belt drum (3) may be arranged on the cylindric cap (7) and at least one of the drum disks (4) comprises stop elements (10) distributed on its periphery and against which is arranged the stop pawl (6) in a position for the locking of the locking lever (5) which is provided with a guide (11) for the actuation belt (1) and which may pivot by a traction force exerted on the actuation belt from the locking position to the free position. The mounting plate (9) comprises a support for the axial section of the cylinder cap, is placed thereon and is used simultaneously as a support plate for the blind cylinder, while being secured on the front wall side in the blind casing. The locking lever (5) is a dual arm lever: it comprises a lever arm (5a) carrying the guide for the actuation belt as well as another lever arm (5b) from which starts the stop pawl. In the mounting position, the locking lever is placed besides and above the drum disks provided with stop elements on the mounting plate and acts with its stop pawl on the drum disks.
