Abstract (en)
The device is mounted on a movable vehicle which is capable of being moved along a pavement. This device comprises, in combination, a bell-shaped suction means (1) movable between two positions, one operational, where it is in contact with the ground and the other, a rest position, where it is set back relative to the ground, the said means containing at least one spray nozzle (4) connected to a pressurised cleaning agent source, and a suction pipe (2) connected to a partial-vacuum chamber, itself connected to a reservoir for storing the wastewater, the axis of the suction pipe (2) for the wastewater being in a plane which is substantially parallel to the ground and closest to the latter, and the jet from the nozzle (4) being mounted so as to be movable about a horizontal axis to converge in the direction of the suction flow of the wastewater. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage du sol monté sur un engin mobile susceptible de se déplacer sur un trottoir. Ce dispositif comporte en combinaison une cloche d'aspiration mobile (1) entre deux positions, l'une opérationnelle où elle est en contact avec le sol, l'autre de repos où elle est en retrait par rapport au sol, ladite cloche renfermant au moins une buse d'aspersion (4) reliée à une source d'agent de nettoyage sous pression, et un conduit d'aspiration (2) relié à une enceinte à dépression elle-même raccordée à un réservoir de stockage des eaux usées, l'axe du conduit d'aspiration des eaux usées (2) étant dans un plan sensiblement parallèle au sol et le plus proche de ce dernier, et le jet de la buse (4) étant monté mobile autour d'un axe horizontal pour converger en direction du flux d'aspiration des eaux usées.
