[origin: WO8402647A1] A foldable wheeled chair comprising a chair (2) mounted on a wheeled frame (1) is provided with a plurality of joint means (9, 10, 11, 23) enabling different parts (3, 4, 5, 24) of the chair (2) to give an infinity of positions one relative to another and the chair (2) to give an infinity of positions relative to the frame (1). Both frame (1) and chair (2) comprise modular adjustable elements so as to permit the construction of a large number of models each being well adapted to meet the particular size and infirmity of the occupant.

Une chaise roulante pliable comprenant une chaise (2) montée sur un cadre muni de roues (1) est pourvue d'une pluralité d'organes de joint (9, 10, 11, 23) permettant aux différentes parties (3, 4, 5, 24) de la chaise (2) d'assumer une grande variété de positions l'une par rapport à l'autre et à la chaise (2) d'assumer une grande variété de positions par rapport au cadre (1). Aussi bien le cadre (1) que la chaise (2) comprennent des éléments modulaires réglables permettant la construction d'un grand nombre de modèles bien adaptés à la taille et à l'infirmité particulière de l'occupant.
