Er hat ein eine Verzahnung aufweisendes Spannrad, das in einer Bohrung am ersten Endbereich des Kraftarms um die Achse drehbar gelagert ist und eine mit diesem Spannrad zusammenwirkende, am Kraftarm angeordnete Sperrklinke, die sich bei einer Schwenkrichtung des Kraftarmes in Eingriffstellung befindet, in der sie in Zähne des Spannrades eingreift und in der anderen Schwenkrichtung über die Zähne des Spannrades rutscht. Weiterhinweist der Kraftschrauber einen hydraulischen Kraftzylinder aus einem Zylinder und einem Kolben, auf, der zwischen den beiden Armen in Nähe ihrer anderen Endbereiche angreift. Der Raktionsarm umgreift das Spannrad über maximal 180°. Die Arme greifen über eine kreisbogenförmige, konzentrisch zur Achse verlaufende und sich über maximal 180° erstreckende Führung aus einer Führungsnut und einem Vorsprung ineinander, wobei sich diese Führung zwischen der Achse und dem zweiten Endbereich der Arme befindet.
