The inner mandrel is supported by a head (71) with a spherical surface and a spherical connection between them. The outer mandrel (8) is a sleeve, and is also connected to a supporting head, shaped as a short sleeve. The bending operation is carried out first at one end, then at the other one. The inner tube is also expanded at its ends. The supporting head for the outer mandrel has spherical side connections.
