1. An arrangement for monitoring the thread on a shuttle-less loom comprising one filling thread stop motion and one warp stop motion for disconnection of a thread drive derived from a motor via a clutch, and a switching facility operable by the said thread drive to determine the monitoring period for the run of thread, said switching facility having two connection conditions depending on the position of the thread drive, one of which excluding the actuation of a relay for disconnection of the thread drive, characterized by a switching element for the switching facility being allocated to the clutch, the warp stop motion and filling thread stop motion being electrically connected in series, the switching facility and the switching element being electrically connected in series and the switching facility and filling thread stop motion being electrically connected to a logic processing unit to generate an off-pulse of stable duration which pulse is generated in case of thread breakage.

Zum automatischen Abschalten des Fadenantriebs einer schützenlosen Webmaschine sind Kett- und Schußfadenwächter sowie eine Kupplung vorgesehen, die die Hauptantriebswelle vom Motor trennt. Eine Schalteinrichtung dient der Festlegung der Überwachungsperiode für den Fadenlauf und weist zwei Schtaltzustände auf, von denen einer die Betätigung eines Relais für die Abschaltung ausschließt. Ziel und Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache, sicher wirkende, leicht bedienbare und mit wenig Aufwand realisierbare Abschaltvorrichtung zu schaffen, die sowohl auf Kett- als auch auf Schußfadenbruche reagiert. Dazu sind der Kupplung ein Schaltelement für die Schalteinrichtung zugeordnet, ein Kettfadenwächter und mindestens ein Schußfadenwächter sowie das Schaltelement und die Schalteinrichtung in Reihe geschaltet und die Schalteinrichtung sowie der Schußfadenwächter getrennt mit einer logischen Verarbeitungseinheit verbunden.
