1. - Mobile shutter flap device for ship hull provided with stabilizer fins in which a sea-water case (1) placed in edge of the ship hull (6) contains at its upper part a stabilizing fin (3) which is provided with a device enabling the way-in and the way-out from the hull through a rotation of at least 90 degrees, characterized in that the upper partition wall of each water case (1) placed along the hull near the flotation line carries regularly spaced carters (12), the lower part of which maintains hollow semi-circular guides (11) in which can roll rollers (8, 9) fixed to the arcuate flap-bearing arms (7) at the lower part of which are respectively fixed one or a plurality of mobile flaps (5), the way-in and way-out movement from the hull of each flap (5) being obtained from a control shaft (15) bearing, at intervals, the connecting rod means (33, 32, 31) ensuring, by means of a shaft (30) fixed to the respective flap, the sliding of the rollers (8, 9) in the semicircular guides (11) either for the way-in or for the way-out of the flap (5) and, moreover, the rotation movement by substantially 90 degrees of the control shaft (15) is obtained from a working hydraulic cylinder (20) the rod of which is connected by an articulation to a small connecting rod (22) fixed to the end (15b) of the control shaft (15) then, finally, this end (15b) of the control shaft (15) carries a cam (23) having two notches (24, 25) placed according to an angle of at least 90 degrees for cooperating with the mobile armature of an electro-magnetic bolt (26) placed just above the cam (23).

Le volet obturateur mobile pour coque de navire munie d'ailerons stabilisateurs dans lequel un coffre en eau de mer (1) placé en bordure de la coque (6) du navire contient à sa partie supérieure un aileron stabilisateur (3) qui est muni d'un dispositif permettant la sortie at la rentrée de la coque par une rotation d'au moins 90° est caractérisé en ce que la cloison supérieure de chaque coffre en eau (1) disposée le long de la coque près de la ligne de flottaison porte des carters (12) espacés régulièrement et dont la partie inférieure maintient des guides semicirculaires creux (11) dans lesquels peuvent rouler des galets (8,9) solidaires des bras porte-volets arqués (7) à la partie inférieure desquels sont fixés des volets mobiles (5).
