[origin: US4641791A] Apparatus for grinding materials, particularly sticky materials of organic and inorganic origin. The apparatus has a cylindrical casing in which, along its axis, a rotor in the shape of a disc mounted, the disc being driven by a prime mover. The disc has evenly distributed along its circumference on both of its sides. One of the openings in the casing is closed by a fixed front cover having a receiving neck, disposed along its axis and counter-pins designed on the inside of the casing and evenly distributed along a circumference. A ground material discharge opening is disposed between the disc and a back cover for the casing. The rotor is enveloped by a bushing firmly fixed to the casing and longitudinal races are disposed on the side of the rotor, and on the external side circumference cooling closed races are located.

Die Mahleinrichtung besteht aus einem horizontalen zylindrischen Gehäuse (1), in dem koaxial ein von einem Elektromotor (3) angetriebener Rotor (2) in Scheibenform mit am Umfang an seinen beiden Seiten gleichmäßig verteilten Fingern (6, 7) angeordnet ist. Im Gehäusekörper sind auf der Außenseite ringsherum führende Kühlungskanäle (16) ausgebildet. Im hinteren Deckel (12) zur Innenseite des Gehäuses hin und in einer am Deckel (12) befestigten Scheibe (17) ist ein gemeinsamer, konzentrischer rechteckiger Kanal (18) ausgearbeitet. Mit dem Außenraum ist dieser Kanal (18) durch sechs gleichmäßig angeordnete Radialkanäle (19) und mit dem Innenraum des Gehäuses (1) durch sechs in der Scheibe (17) ausgebildete Radialkanäle (20) verbunden. Mit der Mahleinrichtung können in einem intensiven Mahlprozess ohne zusätzliche Separierung organische und anorganische Materialen gemahlen werden, die in Luft verkleben und sich stauen würden.
