Abstract (en)
The head of the pair of compasses comprises a cap piece (1) provided with a groove (2) for receiving an intermediate piece (3) provided with two pivots (4, 5) and with a through-hole (6). The arms (7, 8) are mounted on the intermediate piece (3) and then inserted into the cap piece (1), a screw (11) traversing the assembly and being fastened with a nut (14). The pair of compasses also comprises a device for adjusting the spacing of the arms, and a device for the direct reading, by electronic display, of the measurement of the spacing of the points. <IMAGE>

La tête du compas comprend une chape (1) munie d'une rainure (2) pour recevoir une pièce intermédiaire (3) munie de deux axes (4, 5) et d'un trou de passage (6). Les branches (7, 8) sont montées sur la pièce intermédiaire (3) puis insérées dans la chape (1), une vis (11) traversant l'ensemble avec serrage d'un écrou (14). Le compas comprend également un dispositif de réglage d'écartement des branches et un dispositif de lecture directe par affichage électronique de la mesure de l'écartement des pointes.
