Abstract (en)
The storage device for weft thread contains a straight thread- feeding tube (6) whose thread supply end (26) is arranged at the intersection (30) of the axes (25,35) of drive body (4) and tube (6) and whose outlet end (27) is arranged over the winding surface (28) of the winding body (8). The supply end (26) is situated in a funnel- shaped opening (34) of the drive body (4). By virtue of its straight design and of the needle bearings (5), the supply tube (6) may rotate continuously to a certain extent about its own axis (35) during operation, as a result of which wear at the ends (26,27) can be prevented. It is also possible for any dirtying in the straight tube (6) to be easily detected and eliminated. Finally, the straight tube (6) is particularly simple to manufacture and install. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Schussfadenspeichereinrichtung enthält ein gerades Fadenzuführungsrohr (6), dessen Fadenzulaufende (26) im Schnittpunkt (30) der Achsen (25,35) con Antriebskörper (4) und Rohr (6) und dessen Auslaufende (27) über der Wicklungsfläche (28) des Wickelkörpers (8) angeordnet ist. Das Zulaufende (26) befindet sich in einer trichterförmigen Oeffnung (34) des Antriebskörpers (4). Das Zulaufrohr (6) kann infolge seiner geraden Gestaltung und der Nadellager (5) während des Beriebes dauernd etwas um seine eigene Achse (35) rotieren, wodurch sich Abnützung an den Enden (26,27) verhindern lässt. Auch kann Verschmutzung in dem geraden Rohr (6) leicht festgestellt und beseitigt werden. Schliesslich ist das gerade Rohr (6) besonders einfach herzustellen und einzubauen.
