[origin: EP0165920A2] The hand stamp with self-inking device possesses a turning mechanism, arranged in a housing, for the printing plate and is connected to a depressible, U-shaped actuating stirrup for actuating the stamp, this stirrup possessing a handle which is designed as a transversely or horizontally extending beam. The actuating stirrup, the handle and a tubular connector leading from the base of the actuating stirrup to the handle are together formed from a single piece. The legs of the actuating stirrup are mounted in sliding guides on the lateral surfaces of the housing. <IMAGE>
