[origin: US4645699A] A cleaning material constituted of a non-woven web of fibers having ends and/or loops protruding from one face thereof, and obtained by needle-punching a web containing a mixture of at least two fibers, one of which has a weight of at least 100 decitex and the other a weight equal to or less than 30 decitex. The cleaning material may be bonded to a porous body, for example, by an intermediate layer to constitute a cleaning pad.

L'invention concerne un matériau de nettoyage. Ce matériau (11) est constitué d'une nappe de fibres non tissée, présentant sur l'une de ses faces des boucles et/ou des brins qui dépassent de celle-ci, obtenue par aiguilletage d'une nappe à base d'un mélange d'au moins deux fibres, dont l'une a un titre d'au moins 100 décitex, et l'autre un titre inférieur ou égal à 30 décitex. Il peut être associé à un corps poreux (10) éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'une couche intermédiaire (12) pour constituer un tampon de nettoyage. Application: nettoyage, notamment des ustensiles de cuisine ayant des surfaces «empêchant l'accrochage».
