[origin: EP0166276A2] The bearing (5), whose elastomer material (6) is traversed by reinforcing plates (7) which are mutually separated by elastomer layers (8) and connected to the latter in a shear-resistant manner by vulcanisation, possesses between two mutually adjacent plates a flat capsule press (1) which can be put under pressure and consists of two metal sheets (2) which are welded together at their edge via in each case one bead (3) acting as an articulation, these sheets, together with the beads (3), forming a cavity which takes up the pressure medium and is altered under its pressure, and the said press (1) is fitted elastically into the elastomer (8) of the bearing (5) by vulcanisation, the beads (3) of the press (1) having a flat, elongate form of approximately oval cross-section, the minor axis (a) of which is advantageously matched to the stroke height of the press (1) which is to be expected. <IMAGE>
