Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0166703A2] The boiler has a cylindrical tank (1), with an internal cylindrical combustion chamber having connected reversing chamber for flue gases, and flues (5) formed by channel-shaped plates. The combustion chamber has a tube (4) with an axial recess (6) in the base, an opposite end wall (7), and four external radial plates. These have the same radial extension as the distance between combustion chamber and the inner water tank wall (3). The plates divide the clues into four groups about the tank. A lower group is connected to the combustion chamber interior via an axial recess (6); to side groups via a first reversing chamber (9); while the second reversing chamber (10) connects the side groups to a top one. A third group is connected to the flue channel (12) via guide panels (11).
