[origin: WO8502421A1] The installation is a modular installation, each module comprising a tank (3) for the metal plating bath (4) topped with a treatment vat (2) which is itself surrounded by an overflow vat (7), a pump (6) transfers the bath (4) from the tank (3), of which the capacity is higher than that of the treatment vat (2) into the latter. When the vat (2) is full, it overflows and the bath in excess is collected by the vat (7) wherefrom it is returned via a conduit (8) to the tank (3). Thereby, the volume of the bath being larger than that of the vat (2), the bath degrades less rapidly and must be changed less frequently. A vibrating device (21) imparts to a basket (26) housed in the treatment vat (2) a vibratory motion which causes the parts being treated to move on a helical bottom (27) of the basket (26).

L'installation est modulaire, chaque module comportant un réservoir (3) pour le bain (4) de galvanoplastie surmonté d'une cuve de traitement (2) entourée elle-même d'une cuve de trop-plein ou de débordement (7). Une pompe (6) fait passer le bain (4) du réservoir (3), dont la contenance est supérieure à celle de la cuve de traitement (2), dans cette dernière. Lorsque la cuve (2) est pleine, elle déborde et le trop-plein est repris par la cuve (7) d'où il est ramené, par un conduit (8), dans le réservoir (3). Ainsi, le volume du bain étant supérieur à celui de la cuve (2), le bain se dégrade moins rapidement et doit être changé moins souvent. Un vibreur (21) imprime à un panier (26) logé dans la cuve de traitement (2) un mouvement vibratoire grâce auquel les pièces en travail se déplacent sur un fond hélicoïdal (27) que présente le panier (26).
