Method and device for the bottom-filling of a container, in particular a bottle 1, observing different but determined filling heights using a filling tube. According to the invention, the filling tube (10) follows the rising filling height, during filling, up to a different but determined remaining length, the container being completely filled and the remaining length of the filling tube 10 then being withdrawn from the container without further filling. The device according to the invention for carrying out the method is characterised in that the free end of the filling tube 10 possesses a driven member, in particular a roller 7, which cooperates with a cam moved relative to the driven member, so that during filling the filling tube follows the rising filling height. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum unterschichtigen Füllen eines Behälters, insbesondere einer Flasche 1 unter Einhaltung unterschiedlicher aber bestimmter Füllhöhen unter Verwendung eines Füllrohres. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Füllrohr (10) während des Füllens der steigenden Füllhöhe bis zu einer unterschiedlichen, aber bestimmten Restlänge nachgeführt, wobei der Behälter vollständig gefüllt und sodann die Restlänge des Füllrohres 10 ohne weiteres Nachfüllen aus dem Behälter gezogen wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des Füllrohres 10 ein Abtriebsglied insbesondere eine Rolle 7 aufweist, das mit einer gegenüber dem Abtriebsglied bewegten Kurve zussammenarbeitet, so daß während des Füllens das Füllrohr der steigenden Füllhöhe nachgeführt wird.
