The invention relates to a heat transferring tube, especially a heat pipe, consisting of a hermetically sealed tubular body which is provided inside with fine contouring extending longitudinally, obliquely or transversely, and is partly filled with a heat-transferring medium. In order to provide a heat transferring tube, especially a heat pipe, consisting of a hermetically sealed tubular metal body, which is provided inside with fine contouring extending longitudinally, obliquely or transversely and is partly filled with a heat-transferring material, it is proposed that the body is manufactured from a contoured metal strip (1) having a low wall thickness, i.e. 0.1 to 0.6 mm, especially up to approx. 1 mm, the metal strip being helically wound to form a tube (13) and being welded or bonded at the edges, and that the contouring of the metal strip is constructed in the form of a threaded profile in cross-section and essentially embraces the whole wall, the internal contouring being reflected outside in the same or a lesser fashion. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmeübertragungsrohr, insbesondere Wärmerohr, bestehend aus einem dicht verschlossenen rohrförmigen Körper, der innen mit einer längs-, schräg- oder querverlaufenden Feinprofilierung versehen ist und zum teil mit einem wärmeübertragenden Medium gefüllt ist. Um ein Wärmeübertragungsrohr, insbesondere Wärmerohr, bestehend aus einem dicht verschlossenen rohrförmigen Metallkörper zu schaffen, der innen mit einer längs-, schräg- oder querverlaufenden Feinprofilierung versehen ist und zum Teil mit einem wärmeübertragenden Material gefüllt ist zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Körper aus einem profilierten Metallband (1) von geringer Wandstärke, d.h. 0,1 bis 0,6 mm, insbesondere bis ca. 1 mm hergestellt ist, wobei das Metallband wendelförmig zu einem Rohr (13) gewickelt und an den Kanten verschweißt oder verklebt ist, die Profilierung des Metallbandes im Querschnitt gewindeprofilartig ausgebildet ist und im wesentlichen die ganze Wandung erfaßt, wobei die Innenprofilierung in gleicher oder abgeschwächter Weise außen abgebildet ist.
