[origin: ES287748U] An insole structure having an outer contour corresponding to the shape of the sole of the foot has outer layers between which are located inner layers. The outer layers are made from a wear resistant material such as beechwood, and the inner layers are made from a lighter material such as poplar. The separately cut layers are glued together and shaped to form an anatomically contoured, substantially rigid structure.

Die Brandsohle (1), die eine der Fussohle entsprechende Form aufweist, enthält je eine äussere Lage (7 und 8), zwischen welchen sich innere Lagen (10 und 11) befinden. Die äusseren Lagen (7 und 8) sind aus einem gegen Abnützung widerstandsfähigen Material angefertigt, während die inneren Lagen (10 und 11) aus einem leichten Material sind. Die genannten Materiallagen sind aus verschiedenen Holzarten angefertigt und sie sind untereinander verleimt, so dass sie ein festes Gefüge bilden, das anatomisch geformt ist. Eine solche Brandsohle verleiht den Schuhen, insbesondere Sportschuhen, optimale Stabilität und sie verhindert die Verformung der Sohle von solchen Schuhen.
