Plug connection having a multipolar plug strip and a multipolar socket strip, each of which has a support (21) projecting laterally there-around, the plug strip and/or the socket strip being attached to an outer casing (2, 3) which possesses a housing (2) and a housing cover (3), the plug strip (1) and/or the socket strip (1) being retained in interlocking manner between the housing (2) and the housing cover (3), the housing (2) having lateral projections (12, 13) provided with drilled through-holes (14, 15), and drilled holes (59) in the support (21) being aligned with the drilled through-holes (12, 13) [sic] in the housing (2), characterised in that the underside (16, 17) of the lateral projections (12, 13) facing the plug strip or socket strip (1) has a recess (22) so that, between the recesses (12, 13) [sic] and the support (21), a groove is formed for receiving or guiding a rapid-locking slider (26), and in that the housing (2) and the housing cover (3) consist of a mixture of plastics, such as for example polycarbonate, and metal flakes, in particular particles of electrically conductive material, preferably aluminium flakes.
