Bei einem Entwässerungsband für Pressen in der Naßpartie einer Papiermaschine, das aus einem porösen Stützband (3, 4) in Form eines Siebgewebes und einer feinporigen Oberlage (1, 2) auf der der Papierbahn zugewandten Seite des Stützbandes (3, 4) besteht, ist die Oberlage (1, 2) durch ein formbeständige Entwässerungskanäle bildendes, monoplanes Siebgewebe gebildet.
